This Week and Last Year
This week at St. Tikhon's, the Brotherhood will be reading the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke during the services in the place of the Kathisma. Usually the Gospels are read in their entirety during Holy Week but at many monasteries this is modified so that only the Gospel of John is read during Holy Week itself.
Below are some photos taken by a worshipper at the monastery on Pascha morning last year.
