Holy Trinity is hosting a one day retreat Saturday, March 21

Everyone in the New York area is invited to a one day retreat present by Archimandrite Sergius:
•9:00 Memorial Divine Liturgy, followed by Breakfast
•11:00 AM: “TEN MINUTE SPIRITUALITY IN A MODERN WORLD”
•12:30 PM: Lunch
•1:30 PM: “SAVED … FROM WHAT? SAVED … FOR WHAT?”
•4:00 PM: Great Vespers

Overview: Spiritual life is difficult in a world of distractions. How can we pray and grow spiritually with so much work, commitments and noise from our world? The talk "10 minute spirituality" will attempt to address some of these issues, presenting the Orthodox Christian approach to spiritual growth. In an easy to understand presentation, Fr. Sergius will use the Church Father's understanding of how we are to walk with God day by day, hour by hour, moment by moment, hoping to convey a practical "how to" approach to Ancient Christian faith and spiritual life.
